I have been at Kings Daughters for only a month and can truly say this is a facility that cares deeply about the care and well-being of all residents. They work tirelessly to make sure every aspect of care is being addressed from all areas of care. If there are concerns from family or the residents, they are addressed in a timely manner and done with compassion and dignity. The facility is very clean, well managed, and the employees truly care for their residents.

I have a family member at Kings Daughters and I am beyond pleased with her care. The staff have been compassionate and attentive. The aides have been respectful and patient with her. I’ve been impressed by the level of medical care and personal attention she receives. She even voiced “the food is surprisingly good “ It gives me and my family peace of mind knowing that she is in such capable hands.

I’ve been increasingly disappointed with my experience at Kings Daughters. While there are a couple of compassionate employees who genuinely care about the residents, that small group is vastly outnumbered by staff—from CNAs right up to Administration—who seem more interested in backstabbing and covering for each other than in providing ethical, transparent care. It’s troubling to see innocent residents or family members suffer when someone raises concerns about questionable behavior. Instead of addressing issues head-on, the leadership appears more focused on silencing critics and deflecting blame. There are clear instances where unethical and immoral actions go unpunished, with certain staff members engaging in shady behavior while management turns a blind eye. For anyone considering Kings Daughters, be aware that while a few good individuals are trying their best, the overall environment is deeply flawed by a culture of dishonesty and internal backstabbing. I hope future efforts bring about positive change, but for now, I cannot recommend this facility.

neglectful staff. my mother passed away here in her sleep due to staff not making sure she was keeping her breathing machine on her face while sleeping. they need to hire more competent help to ensure they have enough staff to patient ratio. don't send your loved on here it's a death sentence.

This a nasty place!! 1st off they had a resident that had bed bugs that they failed to do anything about until recent! The treatment of their staff is very unprofessional! Don't speak out or stand up for yourself cause you can & will be punished for it! SMH I wouldn't let them take care of my pet rock! Nor would I ever recommend someone to seek employment there. Such a disgrace! To bad there isn't a way to give minus stars cause I would definitely give them negative stars!
