WOODBRIDGE CARE CENTER AND REHAB

Lizbeth is awesome with my mom. My mom adores Tyler. Kinsley rules with kindness and a gentle aapproach. Gina holds everything together and has a wonderful personal attitude with all the patients. I just love Woodbridge they take amazing care for my mom. It gives me a peaceful mindset to know she being taken of. Thank you.

Upon arrival, You met by the administration and clinicians But shortly afterwards, you’ll find out that it’s the worst nursing home you’ve ever experienced. The food is cold and the staff are completely uncaring. The mattresses are soaked with urine, and the staff have a little concern about the Patient’s well-being. Woodbridge is definitely the worst nursing home I have ever encountered. Being a patient there was a traumatic experience because I left the facility against the doctors orders, And receive better care at home. During the night patients roam the roam ways without restraint. Moving from room to room, annoying other patients and creating a safety hazard. Upon my arrival, one nurse in particular said to me that: “the administration is solely in this for the money.” And I totally believe every word of it now. Woodbridge needs to be shut down immediately. Urinals and other used pad pans are everywhere throughout the Facility. And this is just a fraction of the problems at this nursing home. I had to call the sheriffs department twice, because Staff refused to empty my urinals and clean the room, but the Sheriffs department were not allowed inside. And if one was family members in this facility should remove them immediately. The medication is dispensed wrong, the patients are without supervision after the administration leaves for the day. Cleaning is extremely poor. Mattresses are soaked with urine. I am definitely contacting Medicare and Medicaid about the unsanitary conditions and this particular nursing home.

Making a decision to place an elder parent for either short or long term care is never an easy decision, however, the moment I enter Woodbridge, I knew this was the place for mom. The place was clean, the staff was very welcoming and to know they spoke Spanish was definitely a plus. I personally would like to give a huge shout out to Unit 1, Rita and her team, they are exceptional, loving, caring, always with a smile on their faces, eager to assist and help. They cared for mom like family. They monitored her regularly, kept her clean at all times and always provided daily updates which gave our family a great peace of mind. To all the staff at Woodbridge, Thank you, thank you! You are highly recommended!

My grandparents are both here. We love the facility. Staff are super friendly, administrator Carlos is awesome, and super helpful. The DON is wonderful. The staff as a whole is really geared towards the care of my loved ones. They always comes out to say hello. Nursing is amazing, place is very clean and very nice. 10/10 recommend. Your family is in great hands here.
