Such an amazing team! This is our second stay and cannot imagine a better place for my loved one… from the front door and all through the building in every single department this is where you want your loved one… As a geriatric nurse I cannot imagine a better facility for my loved one… They absolutely exemplify excellence in every area!
During a recent visit, I met with the Executive Director of the facility and I was really impressed. It is very clear that he and his staff care a great deal about their patients. I can see the improvements they've made. Great job. We need more attitudes like this in healthcare.
I have a friend at Windsor and I believe it to be a very nice, clean facility. Every-time I have visited my friend, he has always been clean and appears to be well taken care of. I can’t tell you with just words, how much I appreciate the staff at Windsor, and I want to say thank you to all of them.
BEWARE- For your family’s safety, I do NOT recommend. Infections, dehydration, not feeding them, bed sores etc. If it had been any longer of a stay, who knows what would have happened. Missing clothing that was brought there with the patients name on it, and given random people’s clothes for return. The assigned nurse does not care in the slightest. They tell you they’ve got it and it’ll be good when dropping off, and then upon pick up he is in awful shape, blaming everyone else. Excuses after excuse for neglect/ abuse. Pictures were taken of the quality of care- please don’t take loved ones. Treated so poorly, will not be returning.
