The staff truly care for their patients and it shows with everything they do for them! I feel confident we left mother in the best hands possible for her rehab! The rooms are clean and tidy, the food is tasty and healthy.

CNA’s are amazing on the Lock-down unit. Your loved one will be well cared for until their disease (Dementia/Alzheimer) progresses then the Admin will send them off to Senior Care a couple times and then kick them out of their facility. So sad.

While some of the floor staff have been wonderful, the business manager and administrator have left me feeling like this is a very dishonest place. All they seem to care about has been warehousing my mother in long term care, when she was admitted for rehabilitation with a goal of coming back home. Their goal has felt incompatible with ours, and all they have demonstrated a desire for was keeping her in long term care and getting as much money out of her as they can. She has been denied getting out of bed on the weekends, denied her pain meds at least once, with her records being falsified about her getting her meds, she has been taken off all her diabetes medication and only given insulin, fed a regular diet and given sugary snacks which at on point put her blood sugar over 450. At least one shift, they never even took her blood glucose reading AND denied her any insulin at the same time. I’m moving her out of there this week.

Physical Therapists are professional and knowledgeable. Nurses are caring and helpful. The facilities doctor is hard to judge as he was never present to me during my stay. It didn't appear that he cared much about the individual patient as my need for oxygen to help with my physical therapy after release never seemed to get his attention. I didn't see or talk to him the entire time I was a patient and I heard the same complaints from other patients. For the most part the CNA's were knowledgeable and attentive to patients needs. There were a few that were less caring but my main CNA was very helpful and good at her job (I highly recommend her)! She was very responsive. Overall the food was below average and obtained through low cost suppliers. Overall I found the experience to be underwhelming.
