WAPAKONETA MANOR

My husband was at Wakakenta Manor for rehab and care for a pressure wound from a different nursing facility the staff (NANCY LISA. MAKAYLA and the PT crew) just to name a few who cared for my husbsnd who had such care and these staff are so compassionate and show such empathy he was very happy with his care...And so was I..The nurses and Aides he absolutely loved ...And so did I..And because WE are very satisfied with how he was cared for I could go home after visiting each day assured he was in good helping hands..He is doing so well at home and the staff is why he is. I highly recommend Wakakenta Manor . UPDATE: I gave a 5 star review im going to keep it 5 stars because the staff and there care....BUT people need to know apond my husbands release i was told we'd get 3 days of all nessacary going home supplies for a huge bed sore wound ( not from wapakoneta Manor) we got Zero, Zip supplies.we didnt even get a fairwell....I was told that there was a box of Juven wound care drink left and norm would get it and he Did NOT he got a package for one time use.along with his meds which we did get apond leaving that was IT......But a Miranda said there was almost a whole box with his name on it back there. And Norman did not receive his left over Mounjaro. Either....Miranda did drive out supplies to our home in Shawnee after our daughter called to say something..But been out of wapakoneta manor for 2 weeks not one person's called to ask him is he doing ok

What a nice, clean environment, with nice Friendly staff, that are very helpful, and caring with their patients and their family members too, my brother in law had such a bad experience with the previous nursing home he was sent to for PT /OT this place is night and day from the other place.. Thank you wapak Manor for taking such great care of your residents, and their families.

My Mother-in-law is a short-term rehab resident at the Wapakoneta Manor. She has told me that everyone has been very kind to her, she is getting good care, the facility is clean, she sleeps well, and the meals are good.

My mother was knocking on heaven door, the Dr's did not give her much time because the neglect of a previous nursing home. After a long hospital stay and many surgeries she was able to go to Wapakoneta Manors. It took time for mom to trust them, now they are like family. All the staff is so friendly and there is a special one name Stephanie that always stops by mom room before and after her shift just to say hello and to see how mom is doing even if she is not on mom's hall. She calls her mom, does a happy dance when mom has a good day. She has been a true blessing to my mother. All the staff makes mom feel loved, they keep us up to date on mom's health. I have no worries with them caring for my mother. They truly treat the residents as family.

Excellent nursing home. Staff members are very caring and work hard to help residents have the best quality of life they can. The food is good, the facility is clean & well-maintained (with none of the lingering odors that are a problem in many other care facilities), and activities are provided that keep residents interested and engaged. The current administrator and business office staff are very welcoming, helpful, and easy for residents and their families to work with. We highly recommend Wapakoneta Manor.
