I recently had the pleasure of visiting Lourdes Noreen McKeen Residence, and I can’t say enough about how wonderful this community is. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted warmly by staff who were not only professional but incredibly compassionate and welcoming. The entire facility is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and exudes a sense of peace and comfort. During my visit, I was impressed by the vibrant and engaging atmosphere. The residents seemed genuinely happy, and it was clear that they receive exceptional care and attention. I had the opportunity to observe some of the activities, and it was heartwarming to see the residents so involved and enjoying themselves. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that everyone felt valued and cared for, and I left with the utmost confidence that this is a place where residents truly thrive. If you’re looking for a community for a loved one – or even just visiting like I was – Lourdes Noreen McKeen is a shining example of what senior living should be. Highly recommend!

Was visiting my wife’s grandma and I saw that they have very nasty CNAs. I seen how they treat other employees like the ones that serve food for the residents. If they treat them like that, imagine how they treat the residents there. We are gonna move grandma away from there. Someone there in charge of CNAs is hiring their own people, bad people

Old and stuffy. When I asked about a shower I was told it’s in the hallway. I asked if I could change rooms and I was two days. I am here in a musty room with a hard bed. My oxygen level is lowering since I left the hospital. I must say something nice though. The food is good. The nursing staff are polite.

My mom’s visit to the Noreen McKeen Rehab Center was an unexpectedly uplifting experience. I had initially read some poor reviews on Google, but then heard wonderful word-of-mouth experiences so I decided to give this place a try for my Mom. It’s unfair that people choose to only post negative reviews, hence the time I am taking to post this positive one. Upon my mom’s initial admission, the staff quickly greeted her with genuine smiles and an eagerness to assist. Vivian and Paula are the 2 nurses that stood out the most for us as well as nurse's aide Ambrosini. All of the physical therapists were not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly patient, taking the time to explain each exercise and its purpose, ensuring that my Mom understood the importance of her participation in the recovery process. The role of the nurses and director of nursing like Glenda is pivotal, as they not only provide medical care but also emotional support, which is crucial for patients. Their dedication to their work often goes beyond routine tasks; they become a source of encouragement and hope for patients and their families. The fact that my Mom had a great experience over her ten-week stay is a testament to the compassionate and professional environment fostered at the Noreen McKeen Rehab Center. I would wholeheartedly recommend this facility to anyone in need of physical rehabilitation. The dedication of the staff and the comprehensive care provided make it a shining example of what a physical therapy facility should be.
