Great place to bring your loved one. Caroline the admissions director is so sweet and patient. The staff seems to really care. Rose, the activities director, has so many great event for the residents, and really cares about making sure everyone has something to look forward to.
SVA really tries to make their facility feel like home for their residents. Staff is welcoming and responsive. Facility always seemed clean and well kept. My dad lived here for the last several months of his life and I feel he was treated with dignity and kindness.
I enjoy visiting my loved one at Southview Acres. The place smells good :-) The nurses and aids are all happy and helpful. They are especially attentive to all the residents.
The food service staff were very accommodating to keep my brother in laws food warm, will we went for a short ride in my new car. He was super enthused for the chance to go for a ride.
Very friendly people throughout- esp the front door. beautifully clean and nice to see. My friend looks well cared for and comfortable. I would consider this a place to have family come .
