WELLBROOKE OF WESTFIELD

I'm writing to share my positive experience at Wellbrooke of Westfield. We always feel welcome and have enjoyed meeting new people for therapy and chatting with the other residents. The outdoor areas are particularly lovely, with the beautiful flowers and patio creating a welcoming and peaceful atmosphere. It's truly enjoyable to sit outside for morning coffee or visits. The staff are also incredibly welcoming and friendly, always ready with a kind word. Our family especially loves the monthly brunch. It's a special day for everyone, and the food is consistently delicious!

From the moment you walk into Wellbrooke of Westfield, the environment is warm and inviting. The attention to detail in both the appearance of the building and the quality of resident care is outstanding. During our family member’s transition to Wellbrooke for assisted living services, I found the inclusivity of their care team meetings compelling. Every resident service provider—nursing, therapy, dietary, activities, and more—is present and actively participates in planning and decision-making. This culture of collaboration supports personalized, consistent care and, most importantly, gives residents direct access to the leaders responsible for their service outcomes. And the food—absolutely amazing! Chris and the culinary team consistently knock it out of the park. If you're looking for a place that delivers compassionate, high-quality care in a setting that clearly values cleanliness, maintenance, and overall hospitality, I highly recommend Wellbrooke of Westfield.

My father has been a resident for 2 years. He receives excellent, compassionate care. There are lots of activities and special events residents can participate in. The facility is clean, bright and welcoming.

My wife was a recent resident at Wellbrooke of Westfield. While there she received exceptional care & attention. Her wonderful experience began with T.K. upon our night of arrival and continued with T.K.'s care, treating my wife like a member of her own family. This is also true for the care she received from Ann, Loretta, Gavin, Emily and the entire therapists team of Molly, Melissa and Molly. Social worker Anita managed all of the insurance and administrative requirements flawlessly, relieving us of any associated stresses. Executive Director, Maggie Miller, is to be highly recognized and commended for her leadership and management abilities as she has assembled and coordinates the activities of an outstanding team. Wellbrooke of Westfield has my highest endorsement for anyone seeking this type of care.

I am POA for my sister, Jennifer Roberts, who had a stay in your facility in the month of August. Everything! And I mean everything was so great and professional at Wellbrooke. I want to name some names also: Jacque Weideman, Daisy Espanoza, Birdie Ruthedge, & Maggie Miller (there were more that I, unfortunately, don't have names for). These professionals were personable, compassionate, and very good at their jobs. You could tell they sincerely cared! Thank you Wellbrooke. Well done!
