WESTMORELAND CARE & REHAB CTR

I have been here going in 3 weeks and everyone that I have encountered cares about their patients, they do a great job! it’s a very clean place, the rooms are nice. when you press your call button they get there as quickly as possible. The PTs and OTs are very good! it’s been a fabulous experience. If I ever have to do another rehab, I will make this my first choice!

I can’t say enough about the physical therapy team. They are amazing people who are very supportive caring and knowledgeable. They treat each patient like they are family. That’s is just the least I can say. God Bless them all. The floor nurses are very helpful and they have been so supportive

It's been a great place for my husband and myself. My husband is long-term and I'm currently here myself and excellent experience so far. Crystal my nurse is great, Brenda my tech is great, therapy staff has been great. Business office has been great.

The kitchen forgot to put my dinner order in, then they ran out of food, then scraped together leftover rice and 2 tablespoons of corn because that was all they had and served this as my dinner! So yeah, let’s give the diabetic 3 tablespoons of leftover rice and 2 tablespoons of leftover corn for dinner. And sent it saying, sorry! I wish I could report them as this gross negligence!

I came to Westmoreland rehab from hospital because my son and daughter live in Westmoreland and it would be close to them that was a great decision because I had broken my femur and needed extensive rehabilitation. I was so afraid for anyone to come near my leg but they were very kind and understanding. Over the next three weeks I would come to love the rehab . There was a very special person in particular that I will never forget. Her name is Sharon and has a great accent. She taught me that I had to get my arms and other leg strong in order to get the broken leg better. She not only taught me the exercises to do but taught a daily routine that would be the whole reason I am walking only 3 months later. I just knew if she cared that much about my body then I should too. I took her print outs and everyday I heard her telling me get strong. I missed a few days but I do her exercises still everyday.I am going to see her and hug her. I am grateful not only to her but everyone else that took great care of me. Thank you all
