THE BLOSSOMS AT WHITE HALL REHAB & NURSING CENTER

The Blossoms at White Hall is such a blessing. The caregivers are not only professional and attentive, but also incredibly patient and kind. They treat residents with the dignity and respect they deserve, always going the extra mile to make sure everyone is comfortable and happy. Whether it's helping with daily needs, offering a listening ear, or simply sharing a smile and thoughtful compliment, it's clear that they love and genuinely care for their residents. The facility is bright and clean with beautiful outdoor spaces and cozy common areas. There's a strong sense of community here, and it shows. I'm beyond thankful for the folks at The Blossoms at White Hall and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for the highest quality elder care.

The staff at Blossoms at White Hall genuinely care. The Administrator goes above and beyond to take care of her staff and residents. I would trust any of my loved ones in her/their capable hands.

Feb 8, 2024 Standard report 15 deficiencies (1 infection) D to F I dont even know where to begin. This place is AWFUL!!!!!!! The staff for the most part just dont care! Why even work in LTC if this isnt something you are not passionate about!!! Family entrust you to care for their family members like you would your own! The place is SOOO outdated, there is nothing here that has been updated! The beds, the furniture, the paint, nothing! Most of the dressers etc are broken and no one seems to care. Mom was put here for rehab and she got NO rehab. NOTHING!! Their rehab department is only there to take the money and run. They are not there to help your loved one with any kind of rehab. God forbid you call them out for their short comings on their lack of care because you will be labeled and so will your loved one. Mom got zero rehab in 100 days she was there!!!! Medicare paid way too much money for absolutely the WORST care. I am not sure who runs the rehab department but it is not run correctly and they also dont like to communicate with you about care.. SO TAKE MY WORD, DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT EVEN TRY TO GET YOUR LOVED ONE HERE ESPECIALLY FOR REHAB BECAUSE YOU ARE WASTING YOUR MONEY! Sad thing is, the administrator there knows this place is in shambles and does absolutely nothing to make it a better place, their scores are below state standards!!!!!!!!

One star is still overrated! This is the nastiest nursing home that I have EVER entered into!!! The staff all have attitudes, they NEVER come to check on my mama and they never feed her or change her!!! I have photos of how disgusting this place is. They left the prior resident's belongings in the drawer and I just happened to find moms hearing aid in the bottom of the nasty drawer of stuff left by the prior resident, the bed has trash all up underneath it, the floor has caked on dirt, the nurse call button has wires poking through and everything is OLD!!!!!!!! It's all about the money here and NOT about our family members. I post this to say run like hell and dont even put your dog here because they DO NOT CARE!!!!!!!

Staff is attentive and caring! Their administrator is AMAZING and truly wants the best for the patients.
