My mom has been at Lakepoint for about 5 years. She is currently in assisted living, but previously she had a senior apartment & LTC. The staff really is there because they care about the residents. The director listens to the residents & family, working to resolve any problems. The social activities have been great. She loves bingo, chair ballet, physical therapy, and art class. My mom is happy there and has made many friends. It’s a hard decision to make for family members, but I feel the current staff & administration has their best interest at heart.
My husband was there and they was very good with him they work with him the best way they can if he ever needs to go back I will recommend this place the staffs are very kind and understanding and my husband's name is Ricky moseby
Such great nursing staff, willing to go above and beyond. Very thorough. Great atmosphere, therapy department is phenomenal.
All staff took very good of my husband and now he coming back to lake pointe I will always send him to this place 😀
They do not have enough food for their residents. When families try to bring their own food it gets stolen. Electronics and clothes also go missing, and there is a terrible bed bug problem that's never gotten solved despite media attention. They are severely understaffed and there is never anyone available to discuss these issues. This facility is dangerous. Do not let your loved ones stay here unless you want them to suffer.
