I appreciate all of the help that I received from the staff. KUDOS to my nurse Oscar, Kellogg my CNA and my Social Worker Tammy for helping me through the process while I was here. Everyone was very helpful. Dietary did a fabulous job I complained because nursing staff made my bed everyday. Therapy helped getting me back to where I was strong enough to go home. My room was always clean and tidy, thanks to housekeeping. I would highly recommend Meridian.

The aesthetics could be better, but you will walk into a building hearing laughter and happy faces,so much kindness and care. Over look what you see and what you don't see. I much rather be taken care of by ppl who are beautiful on the inside then ppl in a beautiful building and ppl that are ugly and unhappy.I had to tell this one lady crystal slow down you're working to hard, bc how she feels as much as the residents.Go and check it out very good ppl, very good place.Y'all come see now!

Good morning Facebook family and friends. I would like to say a couple of positive things about meridian rehabilitation. I was there from Jan to March 2025 . I was taken care of so Good by all the staff at meridian. I never had one issue, and if it was they promptly took care of it. I also like the Christian based church heritage that comes out to fellowship with the community. I've met some solid people there for sure! Yes so Miss KaySue and my good friend Tammy . I can't find the words to say how much I appreciate you! God bless the staff and the meridian community!! O I almost forgot. I'm heading back to meridian that's how good they took care of me!!!

I have a family member who has been placed here for assistance. The family member has advised me that she likes the staff here, that they're very nice and helpful. Yes, it's a small nursing home, but sometimes smaller is better. I've read over reviews on here. Everyone will have mixed feelings, as no one ever wants to see their loved ones in a nursing home, and everyone has their opinions. However, please understand as someone who's worked in healthcare, that it's not easy to assist multiple patients. All of the CNA's, Nurses and staff were doing phenomenal when I was there visiting. Please give them grace. The residents here looked clean and happy when I was here. The facility smelled pleasant, and activities were occurring with residents. My family member's Social Worker, Tammy, has gone ABOVE and BEYOND for my Great-Aunt! The Director of Nursing has compassion, and they advocate for the residents. The resident's best interest is of upmost importance to them. I also feel that some complaints/reviews on here whether valid or not could be addressed with the facility directly. I don't feel slandering a place who's doing their best to care for your loved one is the best option. I also always tell others that when a loved one becomes unable to care for themselves and a nursing home is the only option, please take the time and think about how hard it would be to take care of your loved one, as well as 50 or more. Healthcare workers are under-paid and under-staffed. CNA/CMA and Nurses are stressed; Social Workers are stressed and overwhelmed. Instead of being negative, please take the time to be positive. The world would be a much better place. Again, thank you for continuing to love, care and advocate for my Great-Aunt. I appreciate all of you!

The staff has treated me exceptionally well. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing nursing care. I would like to say an additional thank you to Kellogg, Shananita, Virgil and Robyn. My nurses were outanding: a big shout out to Oscar, Stephanie and Amber. The therapy department were amazing: Brenna, Allison and Zac. They were true motivators. Robert the voluteer is always so helpful with a heart of gold. The entire team is fabulous. I cant say enough positivity about all of the staff within the center. Thanks a million!!!
