My mother in law has been at Medilodge of Yale for almost one year and has the best care. The staff really puts their hearts and patience in the care of each patient. Thank you for all her great care.
I have been a patient for 3 months. Great care overall but the PT/OT crew is exceptional. They kept me moving forward and we're a weath of knowledge at every step. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication.
Staff is pretty good management sucks.Places run down.My mom recently passed here.They weren't giving her medical care.She needed they were too worried about her.Check good not recommend this place
I have a family member at Medilodge of Yale and have been there visiting every day for over a month .The staff is great but the place is rundown and don't meet quality standards that you expect for a loved one.The therapist are great but have primitive equipment to use .The tile is all cracked the walls have paint chips falling off ,The beds are all old and outdated and the electrical outlets are wore out as the plugs for the bed and other equipment fall out numerous times a day .The place sure could use a remodel and some new equipment .Its what people refer to as slumlords recieving millions and not spending a dime on their facility .I can see me removing my family menber to a more resident friendly environment soon .and this place going out of business soon .Come on owner you can do better than this
I would not recommend Medilodge of Yale to anyone. My Dad fell twice within 24 hours of admittance. Was advised no safety measures could be used like bed rails or alarms. He was there for rehab recovering from a brain bleed, prone to falling, and considered a fall risk! Too many things to mention that were scary regarding overall quality of care. Pulled him out within 2 days due to extreme confusion. He was dehydrated and admitted Into the hospital, then placed in another rehab. Please do not send your loved ones there.
