Everyone has been so kind. They have made this process so easy for us. They seem to go above and beyond to make their patients as comfortable as possible. They have answered all our questions and made it as easy as possible to get through this trying time
Everyone has been so nice and great with patients… highly recommend dealing with a man named Wayne, he was friendly and helpful. First evening there he was instructing a lady to change the bed that my father was going to be in. He told me and anyone else around the patients need to be treated as if it was their parents. I just found him wonderful since. Most of the staff have been great. Highly recommend this place. They are very open with touring which I had done before my dad went there.
Gail,Hedi and Wayne are incredibly caring to my husband. Quite frankly the whole staff is amazing on the first floor. My mind is at peace when I go home knowing that he is being properly cared for. Thank you your South skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation!
To be honest i can only say everything has been positive so far and York South appears to care for their clients/patients. Its my mothers first few days there and this place is way more professional and inviting compared to the previous rehabilitation facility my mother was at. And i feel like everything will be ok and i know my mother feels safe and cared for at York South.

The people at York South have really put my wife's interest into their hands I admit I was skeptical at first but they proved themselves to be great the nursing staff always do their part to be sure she gets what she needs the admissions Director Lu is amazing I know you all have gotten some really bad reviews in the past I looked at them but with the team effort you have shown my wife those reviews won't be given on the negative side of things
