This place has awesome caring CNAs, and nurses. They took pride in caring for my boyfriend, and did the best they could to ensure he was taken care of, and gave him respect and dignity in their care of him. The CNAs and nurses spoke to him, and chit chatted with him like he wasn’t a patient but someone they genuinely cared for. He felt comfortable there as did we. The physical therapist were hands on and did the best they could with keeping him mobilizing to the best of their ability while respecting his restrictions.

There is no place like home and that's what It feels like when you walkthrough the front door. Personally I am lucky to get to spend a majority of my days here surrounded by supportive management, hardworking staff, amazing residents, and loving families. Thank you to all who continue to work so hard everyday and thank you to those that support our mission to care for your loved one each and everyday.

It sucks that I even have to give this place 1 star. Hard to tell where to start with this facility. Management is horrendous and does not treat the staff well. My father stayed here for 6 weeks recovering after surgery and did not get a shower for weeks due to short staffing. Management only schedules 2 CNA's in the morning and 2 in the afternoon which caused them to neglect my father and the rest of the residents. CNA's sometimes took 20 minutes to answer my fathers call light to be taken to the bathroom. This all stems from management treating the employees poorly and not staffing properly. Don't send your family members here until you want them to sit in their own urine and feces for up to an hour before getting care. Don't hate the nurses for this because they were doing the best they could in these short staffing situations. I blame the poor and clueless management for not realizing what these residents needs are and not staffing properly to take care of people like my father.

Please do not send your loved one here. They do have some wonderful nurses, great physical therapists and social worker, but unfortunately, they are understaffed and my dad and many of their patients paid the price. If we could have done it all over again, I would NOT have trusted his local doctor who recommended this place. It's shocking that he did. We even considered getting legal involved due to neglect. Our dad was put in humiliating situations where we would go to visit and we found him with his pants around his ankles and no covers on. He had asked to be changed and the CNA said she would do it in the afternoon. So he sat in his own urine and feces despite his bed sores. Later that day, when he had therapy, they had to tell the CNA to change him because his pants were soiled. He had bedsores-unacceptable and humiliating treatment. It would be hours before they answered the call light or brought him water. Oftentimes my sister would get it for him herself. She had a seven hour debacle where she discovered his catheter was leaking and it took a call to the nurse at 12:30, 3:15, and 4:30. Finally around 7:30pm the nurse came in and apologized. She was the only nurse there with 43 residents. That resulted with an ER trip that we could have gotten a jump start on 7 hours prior. It was awful. My dad complained that one CNA was rough with him. We often found him in his wheel chair with his clothes all twisted and not in a comfortable position. They rarely bathed him or kept up on his hygiene. It was rough to see. We actually were relieved when he had to be admitted in the hospital so he was actually being properly cared for. Look elsewhere.

With the exception of one of the nurses that cared for my father, the place was horrible. Dirty everytime I was there. Never gave my dad so much as a sponge bath in the 3-4 weeks he was there recovering from bypass. Developed an infection that caused him to have surgery and be admitted for 4 days to the hospital. I think prisoners are fed better food. They even forgot to feed him a couple times. Needless to say we moved him to another facility and he was well enough to go home in 3-4 weeks. DO NOT GO HERE!
