Alittle compassion and being nice will take you a long way. The receptionist should learn that. I called to get their cash rates for my mom and she was very short and hateful. Do better !!!!
If you're with agency dont come here they give you a piece of paper for training, you're by yourself, & no one helps you with anything. This place is the worst facility I've been to. The place looks nice at least.
My dad was treated amazingly by Nell and her staff. There was so much love!
I was only here for 3 days. The upper people besides the administrater was rude. There was not alot of team work either.
