This place is not appropriate if your loved one has dementia. Do NOT bring your loved one here with dementia. My mom would escape out the door and be north on Yukon parkway before they could get her back.
I would give them NO stars if I could. They absolutely NEVER answer the phone. When they finally do they leave you on hold for well over well over 10 mins. Then they pick it up and hang up on you. Scott, one of the nurses there is absolutely hateful and has no people skills over the phone. Needed to give him some updated info and he acted like he could careless, did not ask for details or anything. If you don't like where you work or can't handle it- find somewhere else you actually might like.

They are great with my grandmother. they only nursing I trust with any of my family. They've been amazing even dealing with my family who has gone up there and caused problems they handle it professionally and have gone above and beyond for my grandmother. Highly recommend. Staff are helpful and the admin is the most respectful, Honest person I think I've met in the health industries. She's are go to for help and she does whatever she can to help.
Right around 1992 this place was a very exclusive and posh place. It has since then become incredibly rundown. We go there often to visit a relative and the entire place, as massive as it is, smells like urine and feces from the moment you walk in. Residents left slumped over in chairs, truly a depressing place. The minimal amount of staff doesn't seem to be able to keep up with all the residents. My mother had to go to the hospital recently with a severe UTI and sepsis along with multiple bed sores. We have since moved her to a better facility, this place needs to be investigated. Wouldn't recommend Ranchwood at all😞
I'm here now facility is clean and nurses from techs on up are there when you ri g your bell I will tell you that I have been to one other in Oklahoma in norman medical park west and this one is nothing like them .the nurses staff here are good and come and help you the administrator
