"The care I received at HMU Surgical Center was apalling & horrific. I was provided no anesthesia prior to a cystoscopy. The pain was terrible. The physician diagnosed a "stenotic urethra" . Can you imagine having an instrument put into the urethra with no anesthesia? I complained to the administrator because there was documentation incorrectly stating that I received anesthesia, however, nothing has been done to address my issues."

"I recently had to make a quick visit to HMU. I found the facility very efficient and friendly. It was very clean and up to date. They got me in quick, I received the treatment and was dismissed promptly. All of the staff were great but I wish to give a special thanks to Michael. She handled ever thing with great poise and with a smile on her face. Great nurse."
