The staff members are not only professional and attentive, but they genuinely care about each resident’s well-being. They take the time to get to know everyone personally, and it shows in the way they go above and beyond every day. The facility itself is always clean, inviting, and beautifully maintained. The dining options are excellent, and the activities are thoughtfully planned to keep residents engaged, active, and happy. It’s clear that Charlotte Stephenson values dignity, independence, and quality of life for every person who lives there. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and supportive environment for their loved one.

I have spent many hours visiting family & friends all over lenawee county. Charlotte Stephenson is still my very favorite place. It’s very homey and beautiful. The staff are very knowledgeable, kind, caring & compassionate. The nurses are the best in the area. It’s hard enough to have to make the decision why not choose one of the best…

Charlotte Stephenson is one of the most beautiful facilities I have ever seen. Not only that, but their staff consistently goes above and beyond to provide residents with the highest quality of care.

Our mom moved to Adrian, Michigan a few years ago and lived in two other assisted living facilities prior to finding Charlotte Stephenson. What a difference! The other facilities were beautiful with completely new or updated interiors designed to draw you in, but the staff was in constant turnover and frequently unhappy in both locations. At Charlotte Stephenson, there's a different vibe. The people who work there clearly like the residents, their co-workers, and their management and it shows! They are playful and fun and have positive attitudes even in the most difficult of situations. We are so very happy we have finally found the perfect place for Mom. Last week she talked about "our house" and "our people" and I knew she was feeling a true sense of belonging at Charlotte Stephenson. It's nice to see her care about the team who is caring for her. Our family feels so lucky to have found the CS family!
