I want to extend my deepest gratitude to Nyla at “Above and Beyond At The Knights” for the exceptional care and compassion she and her team showed my husband during his time with them. Living with Alzheimer’s is not easy, but Nyla and her staff—who are so very qualified to work with Alzheimer’s patients—brought comfort, dignity, and peace to both my husband and me. They consistently went “Above and Beyond,”putting in the extra effort that made all the difference in his care and in our lives. My husband often commented on how good they were to him. He wasn’t just well looked after—he was seen, heard, and valued. That is a rare and priceless gift, and it’s one I will carry with me always. Above and Beyond at the Knights is a very caring facility. I would recommend this home for any of my friends and relatives. My parent was happiest here than at previous facilities. The meals are tasty and of good variety. The staff is caring and considerate to both you and your loved one and Nyala is among the few owners who are truly concerned for their welfare. She and her staff always listened to our concerns and requests and welcomed our involvement in the process.

Both of my parents have been at Above and Beyond. Mom passed a year ago and my father is still living there. Like others, I am pleased with the compassion and care provided by the entire staff. They truly exemplify the Above and Beyond name. The residents are treated as family. Our family is thankful for all their positive and gentle ways.

The staff is very caring and compassionate. The food is very good. Have had meals with my parent on many occasions. Nyala is caring and understands what families go through. Would recommend Above & Beyond at the Knights to anyone. It may not be the fanciest senior residence. But what counts is the care my parent received, which was very good, and the quality of food. Above and Beyond at The Knights has been my Mom's residence since 2017. I would trust no other place for her care. They have been conscientiously caring for her and the owner, Naila, is so loved and appreciated by our family that we have trust in her observations and judgment in all situations, including covid, and she and her loving staff pulled through successfully. I bless her and them for making us feel we are part of a larger family dedicated to caring for our loved ones. Their hearts are bigger than the moon.
