Evergreen Place Supportive Living Alton

We moved our mom here as a temporary place for her to stay until she needed to go to e memory care facility!! We toured and discussed a lot of different places but after meeting with Laura and touring this facility, Evergreen was the perfect fit! Laura and the staff were awesome and took great care of our mom while she was there!! The atmosphere was always positive and upbeat!! The facility itself is also really nice and very well kept!!! If you have a loved one or even a friend that needs assisted living, Evergreen is a place you should definitely check out!!!

My great grandmother has only been here since May of this yr, but I can say that this facility is the best she’s been at since she’s left her home. The staff all seems great, very helpful and very caring and friendly. There are a couple that aren’t as friendly, but you will have that at any job. There are a couple different CNAs that my Maw has taken to and 2 different nurses as well. They’re her “favorites”. And being 103 this yr she def has her days. The other residents are even very friendly and talkative. And the food, of course there’s day where she don’t like it(she’s kinda picky) but I haven’t seen anything on the menu myself that I wouldn’t eat. And they do even offer another menu to order from if you don’t like one of the two different selections they offer daily. I appreciate everyone who helps her and makes her feel right at home.

The compassion and sincere caring for my Mom and her welfare is more than I could have ever expected! Every staff member calls her by name. The residence are friendly and very welcoming as well. Evergreen is a wonderful community. They are honest and straight forward. They work with my Moms unique needs. They listen and are very understanding and empathetic to family as well. It is a beautiful well kept building. The meals are superb with numerous selections per meal. The grounds are well kept with a great screened in gazebo. I cannot thank them all enough!

Evergreen Place is amazing community for seniors! Every time I visit, I hear from residents that are happy and well taken care of, which brings peace of mind for their families. Team members are very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend!

Very caring and have treated my Mom like she is part of a family. She is 95 and always tells me “They are so good to me” which is such a blessing to me knowing that she is well cared for.
