Atria Woodlands

I’ve helped move several clients into Atria Woodlands, and every experience has been positive. The residents and their families always seem genuinely satisfied with their choice, and it’s easy to see why. The community is unique in that it offers independent living, assisted living, and memory care all in one place, giving families flexibility and peace of mind as needs change. From my perspective as a mover, the staff has consistently been friendly, kind, and incredibly meticulous. They’re seasoned professionals who know the industry well, and it shows in the way they prepare, communicate, and support new residents during the transition. The property itself is beautiful—set on a hilltop with impressive views that create a peaceful, welcoming environment. Overall, Atria Woodlands stands out as a well-run, caring community, and it’s always a pleasure to help new residents move in.

The decision to move to Atria Woodlands has proved to be absolutely the right choice. Jan Unger, the Director of Sales, could not have been more informative, responsive and personable. His assistance facilitated the move incredibly. Mom is in the memory unit, where she is continually engaged in activities. The staff are caring and attentive. Debbie, the Director, responds almost immediately to any concerns my sister and I raise. Dad is right across the parking lot in an independent apartment. There are a myriad of activities for dad and he is able to see mom every day.

Atria Woodlands has been a godsend for our mother. She had outgrown an independent living facility and Atria Woodlands assited living was exactly what she needed. Nurses and aides are always availabile, the facility has a very homey and safe feeling, and all the staff are wonderful. My 90-year-old mom is doing better than ever. We are grateful

I was visiting my family in New York recently. My brother and I are starting the search for a senior living facility for our mother. We were extremely impressed with Atria Woodlands. Jan Unger is a true professional. He was sensitive to our situation and explained in great detail what to expect if our mother lived in this community. Jan went the extra mile and put together a five-year financial breakdown to help us map out the future. We toured several other places and did not receive this level of treatment. It was difficult convincing my mother that it was time to leave her home because she needed more support. Little did we know that the level of support was greater than we anticipated so we were grateful that after a few months, we were able to transition my mother from Independent Living to Assisted Living. Throughout the past three years, the nursing staff has been caring, compassionate and helped us navigate unanticipated health challenges that come with aging. Violet has been our rock star and has been a consistent and comforting presence for my mother. Kimberly and more recently Teresa (both very accessible) have provided much needed guidance and expertise. Atria Woodlands is expensive, as are the other quality facilities in our area, but it gave my family peace of mind knowing that our mother was well cared for and safe.
