Job description Job Summary: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will assist with daily activities, provide companionship, and ensure the well-being of our clients. Duties: - Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing -- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients -- Support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as mobility assistance and toileting - Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients -Assist with housekeeping duties -Assist with activities and crafts Experience: - Previous experience in senior care or home care is preferred - Knowledge of dementia care and experience working with individuals with dementia is a plus - Familiarity with assisted living and hospice care practices is beneficial Skills: - Compassionate and empathetic nature - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Patience and understanding when working with individuals who may have physical or cognitive limitations This position offers competitive pay and flexible scheduling options.
