This is an organization where the staff, clients and residents are fully integrated with all protected classes represented and with strong organizational leadership dedicated to increasing diversity and improving cultural sensitivities and competences all in an effort to end homelessness in Boston's Seniors.. Hearth sets an excellent standard for fully embracing the challenges, the strengths and the beauty of a diverse multicultural City.

The property at The Foley Senior Residences has deteriorated to the absence of all Senior basic services. They “Trinity Properties “have omitted All essential services especially to and from the buildings to the supermarket. That’s all that’ll it. The residents have no reliable transportation to access food essentials therefore the residents are food endangered!

What a joy it was to be invited and sing Christmas songs with another staff person who had a great voice, I was thankful for her as we got to sing to their residents of course we followed social distance guidelines set in place, so we were on the outside on the sidewalk and she and I together we did Christmas songs for the residents listening from their bedroom windows and wherever they could listen inside there and we had a blast doing it! My case manager Demetrius set this up so that the residents could have a nice Christmas! That is one experience I'm sure myself and the staff lady will never forget as we got to bring a little bit of Christmas spirit and joy to the elderly and the Senior residence of Hearth! 😀🎆📣😁 And the really cool thing is they put the video on Facebook as well I didn't even know we were going on Facebook! And now it's an honor to be a part of their 30 years celebration! This organization has done so much for me I can't even begin to express to you how much they mean to me! 😀🙏😁 I Tell you folks this is an incredible organization and Demetrius Underwood is the best he has been my case manager for a little over 3 years and he has always come through for me not only as a great case manager but as a good friend as well and he also help me update my YouTube channel to where all the songs are now on YouTube under Richard Vernon uhi I invite you guys to check out all the music but I want to say that hearth is an entirely an awesome and a class organization they really care about their clients and I would know I've been there client for a while even before Demetrius but he makes them that much better and I appreciate him and this is a shout out to him and they're organization! 😀🙏😀😊🇺🇦

This place has gone down the drain!!!.. property management is the worst!. They're on property manager #6 or #7..and the one they have now could be doing a better job. The trash room is infested with bugs cause it never seems to get cleaned by maintenance!!!!.. it's always dirty and nasty!. Soon this whole building at 2 king bird rd. Dorchester,ma will be over run with bugs/infestation!!!!.. someone needs to call the better business bureau or HUD cause these poor elderly people have to live here and it seems that no one is helping to fix any of these problems!!. Plus I have pictures to prove how nasty and disgusting it is. It also seems that they hire anyone here and the people genuinely dont care for the residents only their job!!!. Such a disgrace!!. Hopefully someone from Peabody properties will read this and do something for the residents before it's to late😔

Don't believe anything they say. They put me at risk for false representation. Me and another organization are in process of filing a complaint. For false advertisement and falsely saying that they will help you even if you are at risk of losing your utilities or even housing. Do not believe them........they lie
