From the moment you walk in, there's a noticeable sense of warmth, purpose, and calm. The staff here are not just trained- they're called to do this work. You can see it in the way they speak to residents, the patients they show, and how they find creative ways to make each day meaningful.
I have moved my mother a few times from different facilities. Brookdale by far is the best facility in caring for a person with dementia. Any questions or concerns are always dealt with in a caring manner. They provide activities for residents so you feel that they have active engagement. It has only 24 rooms so it is smaller for more attention to be given to the residents. My mother also likes the food!
