Inn at Winchester Trail The

My mother has lived in Canal Winchester for 86 years, and moved to assisted living at The Inn at Winchester Trail almost 2 years ago after dad passed away and she developed mobility and memory issues. She tells everyone in town she lives there and loves it. The food is delicious, the place is beautiful, the staff is amazing, there are physical and occupational therapy and medical staff on site, and there are fun activities daily. We (her family) visit her daily and know she is well cared for, happy, safe, and has positive social interactions. There are other CW residents living there whom mom has known for years, and she knows she is living with high caliber people. We were afraid mom would not like assisted living, but she loves it. The Inn is truly a special and wonderful place. I highly recommend it.

Moved my mom her . It was the best move my brothers and I ever made. She gets amazing care and attention. The facility is gorgeous the staff is friendly and caring .mom is so happy . She does activities exercise and socialize. They really do treat you as family. God bless them.

I enjoyed working at The Inn at Winchester Trail and getting to know all of the residents and their families. Dietary server is a great job for high school students, that's when I did it and it helped me with communication skills and much more. i would recommend The Inn to anyone looking for a place for their family members or to work at!

Mom has been very well cared for. The staff are very professional, responsive and friendly. The facility is very nice, clean and well-maintained. It has been very comforting knowing that mom is safe and happy!

My momma has lived here for 8 months now. She absolutely Loves The Inn at Winchester Trail and All the Staff. Mommas has been at 2 other assisted living/dementia centers with the same price point. The other 2 were not even close to the quality of The Inn at Winchester Trail. Yes it is stunningly gorgeous, but the quality of care is unmatched by any others. From the Director to the Aides everyone is extremely Loving, Respectful, and Caring. Every question is answered. Every health concern is addressed immediately. If Momma is not feeling well or any other concerns, we are called no matter what time of day or night. I visit 2-4 times a week and all differant times. No matter what the circumstances I have Never heard a staff member be unkind or not gentle. They all have a special way of addressing problems and redirecting the resident. I can not sing their praises enough! The Inn at Winchester Trail is awesome!!
