Caring staff, a beautiful building, and an active Community make Norbella a wonderful place to stay! - The care provided to residents is timely, efficient, and consistent. They have drive, and respect the needs and concerns of the residents. -Activities are always going on! For example, there's an outing to the Bell Museum this month! There's also daily activities and special events! -Their food is excellent! The Chefs are attentive to the individual dietary plans of the residents. They take feedback and are able to make accommodations. -Maintenance is at the building frequently and is always communicating with residents and staff on matters they need help with. They're approachable and always willing to help. These are some of the reasons this community excels compared to other facilities I've frequented. Definitely worth looking into if you want to feel confident with your choice in community.

This is my first experience with an assisted living type place as we transitioned my dad from home to a facility. I toured a lot of different places and did not find one as nice as this place. I was looking for a smaller place where my dad’s care would be excellent. He has just moved in, but everything with the move-in went well and the facility is top notch. Look for a follow-up in the next few months. So far I highly recommend this place and the people have been very nice to work with. Keep up the good work Norbella!

Norbella Centerville is quaint, clean and designed beautifully. The staff is very friendly, helpful and attentive. Like all facilities, staff shortages have been a recent issue and they have had some turnover. They have done their best to accommodate those vacancies and continue to maintain a good level of service to their residents. There have been a few issues, but those were quickly resolved after brought to their attention. The directors at the facility do an outstanding job in scheduling activities and performers every month, and planning fun meal events for holidays. The food is excellent and very nutritional and the resident chef is pleasant and willing to hear your requests and suggestions. Overall, our family is pleased that our loved one is happy in their surroundings and the facility directors and staff do their best to put their residents first.

NorBella has been a warm and welcoming home for our parents! The staff provides expertise, care and kindness to residents and their families. The facility is both beautiful and functional, our parents LOVE living there. NorBella created a wonderful transition, during a major life change for our parents, we couldn’t be happier!

Upon my first tour, I noticed the community was well maintained, smelled clean and the residents looked well taken care of. The activity calendar is extensive and the care staff seem to really be passionate about what they are doing. The musicians and entertainment they provide are lively and the residents seem happy.
