Arden Courts of Cherry Hill

I definitely have to give this facility 5 stars but it truly deserves 10. Arden Courts facilities are about families. Being at this location in New Jersey i have to say, the staff is amazing and they go above and beyond and that goes for everyone. ANTHONY AND JOELLE ARE 2 OF THE BEST AND DID I MENTION THAT THEY ARE HANDS ON WHEN IT COMES TO HELPING ON THE FLOOR? I am reminded that being human means to have a heart for everything you do. They definitely do that so is you are looking for a family home. This is definitely the one for you.

Amazing experience! My father was a new admittance and they made the admissions process as easy as could be during a time of high stress for me and my family. The head Director, the nursing staff, the aides and even the maintenance crew were outstanding in helping getting his room set up. The amount of care, compassion and most of all decency that ALL of the staff at Arden Courts show the residents is second to none. 5 STARS!

My husband was diagnosed with dementia in 2012. He lived with this disease until he could no longer live at home. He was in the hospital for two weeks and then sent to a rehab. I had to act quickly since he could not come home. With the help of my son I visited different homes. I called Arden Courts in Cherry Hill and made an appointment with Jennifer, the kindest advisor I had spoken with. I spent nearly two hours with her during which she answered every question I had. Joelle, the executive director joined us and even more information was learned. They gave me a tour of the facility and I felt a warmth and comfort at the thought of my husband living there. They agreed to assess my husband at the rehab that very afternoon along with Kathleen, RN at Arden. They drove to the rehab where my husband was and met with him and accepted him at Arden Courts. He was moved to Arden within a few days. Since that time he is doing very well The staff is very warm, truly caring and extremely knowledgeable. I love the daily activities with Tim and staff and enjoy attending these daily! They have been so supportive of my needs as this is the most difficult decision I have ever had to make. The freedom of the layout is great for my husband and the other patients. I miss him every minute of the day but feel good knowing they are taking the best care of him that I could ever hope for. Arden Courts is a godsend! Thank you all for everything you do! Jeanne Blake

I wanted to give a big shout out to everyone at Arden Courts of Cherry Hill. My husband has been a resident there for over 2 years and I am very happy with his care. Having to put a loved one in a memory care facility is heartbreaking decision. I was and am very lucky to have found such a great facility. My husband is always clean & happy. And that means the world to me. Absolutely everyone there goes above and beyond for the residents and their family. Thank you Joelle for making my live a little easier!

I just want to say 'thank you' to Arden Courts in Cherry Hill NJ. I had a loved one there who passed away recently. I want to say thank you for having caring staff who cared for her. I want to acknowledge a staff there named Marquita. She gave so much care and attention to my loved one that it blew my mind. It made me feel great that she was safe and secure with Marquita making sure that she was good. Thank you Arden for having great staff and for showing us that you really care about the clients who need memory care assistance.Marquuta and 2 of the staff even came to hee funeral. It was so touching and the love that they gave to my loved one will last a lifetime in my heart. Thank you so much.
