I am very impressed with this facility! Love all the activities for all the residents and how the staff interacts with them. I was most impressed with the food service! You must have an amazing chef! Not only does the food look and taste amazing but he takes the time to get to know the residents and what they want! I would definitely recommend this facility for your loved one not only for the fine establishment that it is but just for the food alone!!!

Lots of smoke and mirrors here. They tell you what you want to hear. Not honest with fees and how much "extras" cost. My father died in June 2024. We are owed 3,000 dollars due to overpayment that was withdrawn from his account after his death. Numerous conservatives have been had with Sam at Collierville Storypoint. Was told check was on the way. It has been 3 months and she will not return our calls. I believe in giving praise when it's due.....food was, good, grounds and facility clean.

This place has THE best chef. Really pays attention to detail on each individual that resides there. The staff is hands on, organized, and extremely hospitable. I would recommend this place 100000xx for anyone's grandparents/parents that are looking for an assisted living home. Also, I need to reiterate how amazing the head chef is there. None other like him!!!

A Wonderful place for your loved one to call home. A Great environment and even better staff.. there for any and everything your family member may need for every day living. You will be able to sleep good at night knowing they are well taken care of at this community.. with lots of activities and friendly faces, you won’t be disappointed with StoryPoint of Collerville.
