In October of 2011, the facility in DeWitt formally known as Amber Ridge, under new ownership became Maggie’s House. Laura took over a facility that was failing and together with the employees and residents, brought back to life. Maggie’s House is a very special place with it’s own unique personality that offers a boutique style setting. We have dedicated team of caregivers who develop relationships with the residents in an intimate family-like atmosphere. Our personalized approach to service provides our residents with a feeling of comfort and security. The staff at Maggie’s House continues to be one of our biggest assets, They are staff who truly cares and goes above and beyond in every situation. They work not only to meet, but exceed the expectation of those we serve on a daily basis. The Staff at Maggie’s House love what they do and it shows. Maggie’s House is not subject to the “cookie cutter” model of a large corporation. We are mindful that each resident comes with an individual set of needs.
