The community has studio, one bedroom, and deluxe one bedroom options perfect for any individual or couple. They even allow furry family members! Well maintained landscaping in the courtyard and front porch make for a comfortable and lush outdoor experience as well. All this combined makes Brookdale Derby Assisted Living the most attractive community in the area inside AND out! 10/10 recommend

Brookdale Derby demonstrates professionalism and genuine engagement in all that they do. The community is consistently clean and well-maintained, with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Conveniently located in an easily accessible part of town, it provides both a safe and inviting environment with many opportunities for residents and their families to socialize together. Their commitment to quality and care is evident, and I appreciate the high standards they uphold.

Truly a wonderful community, the staff is very knowledgeable and caring. Residents get to engage with one another and have that sense of socialization and connectedness. A wonderful small close knit community!

Nicely set up brunch. Pancakes were soft, flavorful and still warm! Toppings were fun! We enjoyed the cold water, but grandma and I had small NAB Mimosas with a slice of fruit on the side of the glass. A very festive treat! Thank you for the nice Mother’s Day Brunch!

It’s a kind and loving environment that is beautifully decorated. Staff are easy to contact and work with to satisfy needs of our loved one. Out of building activities are planned monthly. There are 5 or more activities planned daily including weekends.
