PINE RIDGE TERRACE MANOR LLC

My father in law was suffering alzheimer's and we placed him in Pine Ridge. The care he received was wonderful. He did not remember a great many things but he loved his westerns and his rice. The family provided a comfortable chair and unlimited access to the TV and rice for dinner. He was happy as he could be and we were confident in the medical care he received. He had an ostomey and this was the only place we found that were willing to deal with the care required for keeping him clean and comfortable. This is a good place run by good people and I highly recommend it.

My Dad spent the last year plus of his life receiving the best care ever. His needs were always attended to quickly with patience and kindness. They were always working with us on how to better attend to his needs. This was the 4th and final long term care facility we had used for my father. At previous facilities we had observed incidents of neglect and elder abuse. Even at a prestigious and very expressive facility. My experience has shown that because the kind people at Pine Ridge Terrace were quickly attending to his needs and contacting us with questions and concerns, his care was fantastic. We learned that this type of care cannot happen if you do not have an ongoing dialogue with the direct caregivers. Monthly reports from a large facility do not accurately reflect on the actual care as caregivers are also being rated by the facility. I learned how to partner with the staff at Pine Ridge Terrace to achieve the best care for my father. I will always be thankful for the kindness and compassion given to my father.

We are so grateful we found Pine Ridge Assisted Living. They are organized, clean, professional nurses in a family setting. Always upbeat and encouraging to my brother. They are extremely easy to talk to and can explain things that we don't understand about their facility. They are caring wonderful people, good food, good conversation, games and quiet time for him. He is happy and well taken care of. Great communication with the doctors, PT, other specialist and us all working together to help him have a good quality of life. They continue to learn and change things as needed to keep thing moving smoothly. Truly an extension of our family. Thank you Pine Ridge we appreciate you!

The care they gave my Grandpa and the support they gave our family was absolutely second to none. They went with Grandpa's schedule even though it meant lots of middle of the night wake ups and helped us know when the best time to come visit him was. They even helped us have one last family Christmas with Grandpa at our house. I am so grateful for the wonderful care they gave him, and the time they gave us.

This place is horrible. They were not able to provide care for my mother. My mother had 2 strokes and was in the beginning stages of dementia. They told me that they were not able to handle her emotional needs and it was my fault for putting her in an assisted living during a pandemic. Within the same breath they didn’t want her to leave since she was income for them. This is a family owned business so the family are the caretakers so if you make one mad they all are mad. Very unprofessional.
