The staff at ASCOT PARK is what makes this place so wonderful. They are knowledgeable about the transition of moving a parent into a memory care which made things so much easier. It's a clean place with activities and caregivers that do a wonderful job. I couldn't have picked a better place for my mother.

Horrific memory care. They rely on poorly trained temp workers and the environment is not at all suitable for memory care. We had to get my mom out of there asap and the state found them to be in violation, forcing them to temporarily suspend admissions.

My mother lived at Farmington Square nearly the last 6 years of her life. She was elsewhere for a year and there was no comparison. The Staff at Farmington treated her like family. It is a safe clean, updated (never that tale tell smell) and really lovely environment. They have activities, bus tours, celebrations, always remembering Holidays and most important love and care. During the pandemic when I could not visit, I could still visit via zoom type visits and whenever they thought that she might have an issue they always called me immediately. I could not recommend them enough. Thank you so much for making my mothers last years such an enjoyment for her. Jill the Director is involved in the day to day affairs and you can be assured she has the residents best interests in mind at all times.

I can’t say enough good things about Farmington Square Eugene. My mother has been to numerous assisted living facilities, and I have personally toured approximately 15 facilities- Farmington Square has them all beat. The staff is attentive, accommodating, empathetic and truly cares about the wellbeing of their residents. Their communication with family of residents can’t be beat, either. From medication management to activities- they have consistently shown their desire to create a happy and safe environment for my mother. I’m beyond grateful to the staff at Farmington and can’t recommend their Eugene location enough for elderly care.
