Vista Prairie at Goldfinch Estates

The staff at Goldfinch made a difficult transition as smooth as possible for my mom. She really enjoys all the activities and exercise classes, and has said how prompt and helpful everyone has been. Every interaction I’ve had with staff when visiting has been positive. The building is kept very clean, and staff always say hello and smile in greeting or when you pass them in the hallway.

I can’t thank the staff at Goldfinch enough. Thank you for taking care of our loved ones. It is such a relief to not have to worry about them falling or remembering to take their medication. You’ve been a godsend to my family. A special shout out to Jacque for responding quickly and always helping when needed. And to Brody for caring so much for the people of our community. Our family is very grateful for the care both our parents have received - our mom in Memory Care and our dad in assisted living- at Goldfinch Estates. We simply cannot say enough good things about Mary Larson. She helped us with placement for both our parents, and has been fantastic to work with as our parents aged and their needs changed. The facility itself is lovely and well-maintained. The personal care attendants are attentive and compassionate, while maintaining a sense of humor. Our parents have been treated with dignity and respect. From housekeeping to dining services to activities we have had positive experiences with the staff. There are lots of resident-centered programming opportunities within the facility as well as special outings and bus transportation in the greater Fairmont community.. We are thankful there was such a quality facility available to our parents. Thank you to Mary and the staff at Goldfinch Estates! We appreciate all you’ve done for our family.

Best place ever for your loved one! They have very compassionate staff there starting with Mary Larson helping you with a placement and the nurses/aides and the business office employees. I can't say enough good things about this facility. My Grandpa was a resident 2010 until his passing in 2012. He loved it there. My brother was placed there in June of this year in the Memory Care unit and what a godsend this was that he was accepted with his health issues. My 87-year old Mother moved there September 1st of this year because she decided living in her own home was getting to be too much for her. She uses a walker and this place is perfect! So, thank you to all of the staff at Goldfinch/Memory Care! Thank you for all you do!❤

If I could give Goldfinch 10 stars I would. We had the best experience working with the staff at Goldfinch Estates from start to finish. The process of moving our parents in was one of the best experiences ever. From the minute we walked in we knew it was the right choice. Our parents are extremely happy there and we are so happy too. Thank you Goldfinch Estates staff you made this a breeze.
