Harmony at Hope Mills

My mother was diagnosed with dementia and it was a hard decision for my sister and I to put her in a facility. She has been a resident in harmony square for over a year. I am so pleased with the care the staff provides and how amazing Mrs. Kelly is that I bring sweets from the local bakery each time I visit. If you want your loved one in a memory care where the residents are always engaging in an activity, a delicious meal is always being prepared, staff actually care about your loved one, and there is a compassionate supervisor who goes above and beyond then you need to visit harmony at hope mills. Its an amazing feeling when you know your loved one is really cared for.

Our aging population, Seniors in particular are my passion and I love going to visit at Harmony at Hope Mills because they also share the same passion and it shows in the care that the staff provides. One thing that I love is that every visit I am greeted with a warm smile and hello. I also love that the facility is kept very clean and offers many different spaces for the residents to enjoy. Another reason why I love to visit the facility is because their Life Enrichment Director, Ms. Tara who does a wonderful job engaging all residents with activities. Rather memory care or assisted living, Tara ensures that all residents have meaningful moments engaging with their Harmony family. Tara keeps her activities calendar full of many options for the residents to choose and participate in activities. Keep up the great work Harmony!!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Harmony. ! From the moment we walked in, we could see the dedication and compassion that the staff have for every resident. The care here is truly excellent—attentive, personalized, and delivered with genuine kindness. The staff goes above and beyond every single day. They are not only professional but also warm, patient, and truly treat residents like family. It’s clear they love what they do, and that makes all the difference. The facility itself is always spotless, comfortable, and welcoming. You can tell how much pride they take in maintaining such a clean and safe environment. It feels like home, not just a place to stay. And the meals—absolutely wonderful! Residents are served three delicious, nutritious meals every day, and the variety and quality are outstanding. Mealtimes feel special, and it’s something everyone looks forward to. If you are looking for a place that combines excellent care, amazing staff, a clean and safe facility, and outstanding meals, this is the perfect choice.

My mother has been at Harmony for almost a year now. It has been a great fit for her. The staff has had her best interest at heart from the beginning. I can't thank them enough for their generosity and special attention they not only give my mother but also how l see they show love to the other residents. They are a first class facility. Courtney, the concierge, is such a blessing! I truly hope you keep her because she’s been so great to my parents. They always talk about how kind, helpful, and friendly she is.
