The setting feels more like a home than a facility, with cozy spaces, a central kitchen, and plenty of room for connection and comfort. What really stands out is the staff—they are compassionate, attentive, and treat every resident like family. Whether it’s assisted living or memory care, you can feel the dedication to making sure each person is safe, comfortable, and valued. It gives families real peace of mind knowing their loved ones are in such good hands. Truly a wonderful place.

What a fantastic first experience here! A lot of friendly staff, smells good, and decorated for the holidays. Veronica, The Life Enrichment Director, was extremely helpful and a lot of fun. I look forward to my next visit!

My mother moved in last November to New Haven Floresville and loves it. The staff is so helpful, caring and makes her feel so welcome. She enjoys the activities they have every week. I feel so comfortable having her there. She is so happy there and safe. It was the best choice to move her there.

New Haven FLORESVILLE is a tremendous blessing to our family. The facility is clean and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and there are spaces for our family to gather when we visit. The staff are attentive and kind. The few times we have had a concern it is promptly addressed by the administrator Lori. Lori as well as the other staff members communicate clearly with us as the family and work hard to keep our loved one updated. New Haven has been accommodating to the individual needs of my loved one, and I have noticed that they are this way with the other residents as well. I am impressed with the kind demeanor and patience of most every staff member. The activities that are planned for the residents are engaging and fun, not just BINGO every day. And the activity director is open to adding new activities that speak to the interests of individual residents. When I visit my loved one I feel welcomed and encouraged to be with them. I truly cannot say enough nice things about New Haven FLORESVILLE.

My Dad has been at New Haven for two years. All of the staff has been wonderful. My dad is a very difficult man to work with and they have shown nothing but patience and care beyond my expectations. They always notify me immediately if he has some health issue. The only negative I can see is that they no longer have a full time RN on staff. They did when he first arrived during Covid times. I think it would be beneficial to have one on staff.
