The Landmark of Fridley

It's been one month since I moved my sister into Landmark of Fridley (Assisted Living). I give them five stars because they deserve it. From my first visit to the facility, I was impressed with the marketing director's listening skills and his deep understanding of what caregivers are going through. My sister is shy, so it is good that the staff is very friendly in helping her transition. Meal ordering is challenging for her as she has difficulty in making choices. I was pleased to see that the cafeteria staff are very caring and patient in giving her choices. She was suprised that even the residents welcomed her by greeting her with her first name and inviting her to sit at their table. I am also impressed with the facility nursing staff & Lifespark providers who are very attentive to her needs in addressing a care plan for her. I am looking forward to seeing my sister settle in and participate in some of the many activities that they have lined up everyday.

We have had the pleasure of partnering with The Landmark of Fridley and their staff has been absolutely wonderful to work with. We have been impressed by their professionalism, compassion, and commitment to quality care for their residents. We look forward to our continued relationship and working together to make a difference in their community!

My elderly father, most recently moved to the Landmark of Fridley. His transition went very smoothly. All of the staff was friendly and accommodating. He got in towards the end of the week, and after 5 o’clock most of the team is done for the day. Jorge, the young man who runs the front desk, stepped up and helped us install a few much-needed necessities. I have to mention Gloria the chef, she stepped up at the last minute to help us with meals as we were so busy and I lost track of time. David has a well organized team. Thank you, Landmark. 💕 Debi

My father was there for Almost 4 years, we went from independent living to assisted without moving and then to memory care , I hav NEVER had a problem or a complaint through dads stay . Nurses , nurse assistants , hr , administration , maintenance , activities were all great . I would not hesitate to ever place a senior there . Helpful , smart , good advice , loving . We moved my mom into Landmark of Fridley Assisted Living around the Thanksgiving season. I cannot express the kindness, helpfulness and big welcome from all the staff and administrators in the building. From the day she moved in she has been treated with nothing but kindness and respect. She feels secure and valued. If I have a question or concern about mom’s health/day I have been immediately able to visit with someone and get clarification. They know exactly what is going on with her before I do. I love that she is able to receive so many services through the Lifespark program. From the PA, PT, OT, nutritionist to complete medication care to name a few. The Activities Coordinator is amazing and has a full schedule each day that offer many opportunities for community engagement. We have also appreciated the consistency of the staff and them getting to know my mom and her needs. The building is beautiful and well maintained. They have a FT maintenance person for this building and he is available to fix repairs quickly. The community is lovely and clean. Something that we strove to find. I would recommend this Living Community to your loved one. It has been a blessed move for my mom and has made what was a difficult decision much easier to adjust to.
