Brookdale Germantown

I took a tour of Brookdale Germantown today. The executive director and sales manager were very personable. They explained, with great detail, everything the facility had to offer. I feel that my family member will be accepted and cared for here!

Clean and well-maintained. Friendly, helpful staff. Residents all seemed happy, content, and well-cared for. Outstanding facilities and services. I really, really like it!

Nice facility and the staff is very courteous and helpful and still professional! Felt like a warm and caring place. Had a chance to have a meal and was surprised at the quality of the food. Much better than we expected and the meal time crowd seemed quite satisfied. Overall a great place that provides very well for our friends.

Our family was looking for a “home” for our mother who was in transition from independent living to needing occasional assistance. At Brookdale Germantown we found exactly what we were looking for – assisted living options that are individualized to the level of services needed by each resident! Early in the interview process, Brookdale did an assessment developed with information provided by our mother’s primary care physician and their own nursing staff. This helped us determine if Mom needed medication administration, personal grooming assistance, meal reminders, etc. The nice thing about this is that we were comfortable with the level of care provided and the option to expand that level as needed in the future. The administration and staff have been extremely supportive through the ups and downs of the aging process. In many ways, they have become part of our family!
