Shelly is AMAZING!! this place is awsome. I just recently moved to grand blank and now I need to get my mom here as well.I did my research and came across american house.I went to visit and met with shelley, and she walked me through the place, showed me a room that was amazing and perfect for my mom. When you first walk in, it's not at all a hotel.Feel it is homey, friendly and cozy.Just like a home should be. Any and all questions we had shelley, answered. And Madeline (the Activities Director) exudes friendliness, thoughtful action, and lifts your confidence that the residents have great opportunities both in and outside of the facility. To say that we are pleased really is an understatement.
American House is a nice community in a very convenient location. Their upgraded apartments look great. They do a good job with events and keeping residents engaged. Stacie is also great to work with! She hosts a monthly networking group for health care professionals so she has access to many resources if her residents should need anything. She has worked there for several years, which says a lot about her and the community.
