Silver Springs

My mother moved into Silver Springs two and a half years ago and it really gave her a new lease on life. She had been lonely after my dad passed and really needed to be around people. She could not have found a more perfect place. The residents and staff welcomed her and loved her. She has been so happy and made many wonderful friends. It's a lovely facility and the food is really good. Now if you eat at the best restuarant in town three times a day for years It's going to get old. But they would make her an egg salad sandwhich with cut strawberries just the way she asked! I can't say enough good things about the staff. From the front desk, to the dining room, the care givers, nursing staff and maintenance staff, they all took care of her and made her feel loved. We are so grateful to them and grateful that we got to be friends with them too!! Thank You!!!

This event on Saturday was nicely organized and enjoyed the variety of staging areas to inform and entertain we visitors. One resident went out of her way to show us her lovely unit and back patio was exceptionally attractive. I really like how units all have an outdoor space and hallways wide, very sunny and give a very stylish look as well as your common areas and patio spaces. Your food options are great and especially good dining by your great Chef!

We were able to move both of my parents into Silver Springs immediately, which was an enormous blessing as they were in a crisis, not to mention a global pandemic. The staff was amazing!! They helped manage all of the paperwork, including necessary legal and health requirements, in an efficient and professional manner. At a time when our family was overwhelmed, they guided us, supported us, and went above and beyond to ensure that we could have peace of mind and our parents could be well cared for. Every single person we encountered was kind and helpful, both staff and residents. The facility is beautiful and well maintained. We have not seen dad this happy in years. We hope that our parents enjoy many years to come at Silver Springs!

Apartments are too small and too expensive. For the price utilities, internet and cable should be included. Two meals a day is nice, perhaps if there weren’t so many choices the price could be adjusted. Staff was all vey nice and the few residents e spoke to were happy there. I guess we’re just not ready yet.

Best Place Ever! No need to look anywhere else! The entire staff treated my 92-year old mom like a queen. My family feels so fortunate that we found Silver Springs! The quality of the facility, the food and the positive culture created by top management shows in all the employees. I strongly encourage anyone to visit, meet the team and your decision will be easy. Silver Springs is a top tier location and it was very easy for me to give it a 5 Star rating.
