The staff are attentive and caring. The Memory Unit individualizes my mother’s care- the staff knows her habits, and likes and dislikes. They did a lovely job setting up for my mother’s birthday celebration. I appreciate their caring so much!
My grandma was really on the fence about leaving her home, but the staff and leadership at the Kensington have really made her at home since she has moved in. She has been able to maintain her independence with their support. She still goes out with family a lot. She loves all the activities and entertainment they offer. And she really loves her apartment. This is the perfect home for her.
My wife has been living at the Kensington Evergreen Court memory care for over four months and it would be hard to exaggerate what a wonderful place this is. The staff as far as I can see takes care of everyone with love and skill. I try to have lunch and dinner with my wife every day and the food is excellent. The Kensington is housed in the old and beautifully maintained Clark Hotel built in about 1917 with all its old brass, marble and near 40 foot ceiling in the main dining room which is certainly worth a Google. I highly recommend the Kensington for assisted living or memory care…
I come to the Kensington quite often to visit my sister. Every time I have been here it has been a most positive experience. Everyone is treated with dignity and respect. Everyone is happy and is attended to promptly. I would highly recommend Kensington to anyone who is looking for memory care or assisted living.
Our family is so happy to have our loved one at the Kensington. There is great care, clean, lots of personal attention, we appreciate the staff especially Meghan, Sissy and Levi. When we are visiting they make us all feel like family.
