I was AM Supervisor these are the Fact's about Hope Stay since the owners Chia and Chue don't want anyone to know how bad Hope Stay Is. (FACTS) * Owners do Not do background checks on Med Tech's and Employees that work at Hope Stay. * Owners claim they do Direct deposit another lie they write you a personal check. (What legal business does that and you pray it doesn't bounce for Non-payment) * Owners had Paychex to do payroll and Taxes....But they refuse to pay what they owe Paychex which is over 12,000.00 so none of us employees received our W-2. * Multiple times our Electric and Spectrum was turned off for Non- Payment, local businesses refuse to do any work at Hope Stay because the rumor around Lacrosse area nobody gets paid. * Resident had Scabies for Months myself and multiple staff kept telling the owner's but no protocol to keep residents or staff safe till finally a Nurse for Hope Stay got Scabies and finally both were treated. * We had a resident that was with Hope Stay for Months she always felt bug's crawling on her when she slept, Owner's said she was hallucinating but I went to change her bedding because housekeeping never washed her bedding for Months 1000's of bed bug's So no she was Not hallucinating shame on them I gave her a shower she had bite's all over her back and neck area. * We never had food for the residents staffing always had to run to Kwik trip and buy milk, bread, peanut butter, basic food for the residents at Hope Stay. * Staff never had basic supplies gloves, toilet paper, wipes, computer's to do charting for Hope Stay. *I always made sure all residents had a weekly shower since I left nobody has had showers for weeks even Months and owners and staff at Hope Stay Do Not Care. * Not even room in the dining room to feed all residents and owners don't care they want staffing to figure it out. * Let's talk about the residents they have let walk out of unsecured doors first resident was at Hope Stay less that 4 hours on PM shift walked out of unsecured doors they found him in the snow sitting on the ground he passed away 2 days later. Second resident got out of unsecured doors walked across to a local car dealership and asked the owner to call her daughter to come get her, her daughter called Holman police and filed charges against Hope Stay. * Last but not least you get hired at a certain pay per hour Owners don't pay you correctly and refuse to show you proof of your paystubs. State of Wisconsin has fined Hope Stay and investigated and found so many violations and the Labor and Wage is investigating all his businesses (3) of them of State and Federal investigations. This the truth about Hope Stay you probably ask why do staffing stay.... it's simple you worry and care about all the residents at Hope Stay even thou the owners don't have a conscience and only care about the money.

As the husband of one of the dedicated staff members at Hope Stay Assisted Living, I’ve had the unique opportunity to see both the professional and personal sides of this facility—and I can honestly say I’m deeply impressed. My wife comes home every day with stories of compassion, dignity, and real connection between the staff and residents. She’s proud to work in a place where the team truly treats the residents like family, and that pride says everything to me. I’ve visited Hope Stay myself on several occasions, and the warmth and cleanliness of the environment is immediately noticeable. The atmosphere is calm, welcoming, and full of care. It gives me peace of mind to know she’s working in a place that values integrity, kindness, and high standards of care. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hope Stay to anyone looking for a safe, respectful, and supportive home for their loved ones.

This place should be shut down, my father was transferred to hope stay when his dementia started getting worse and his Physical health started declining. I thought this place was gonna be a good facility that could care for my father, However, I was very wrong. They were continuously contact me, saying my dad was being combative to a point where one of the staff made a statement when she had to basically get my father back into the facility because he left out the door. Well apparently they had a fall and when talking to the staff member, i asked, Is everybody OK, she told me and I quote “ don’t worry I use to be an MMA fighter I can handle you dad” that was probably the first time I realized something was wrong with this staff & facility. I started to question how my dad got out of the facility in the first place because in memory care facilities the doors are usually locked for that reason so the patients don’t Wander off. Come to find out the building had several doors that the locking mechanism was broken on. Also, I learned that they would leave residence in their chairs for excessive amount of time. but this was not even the worst of it, as time went by my dad kept getting out of the facility and they kept calling me about my dad being combative. This is where the red flag came in because I knew clearly something is wrong. My dad is not trying to stay in this place even with him having dementia he didn’t want to stay there, when I would talk to him, I could hear it in his voice that something was not right. So I decided to transfer him to an amazing facility, which took very very good care of him, however even transferring him from Hope Stay was an even more completely disturbing experience not only did they try to stop me from moving him immediately, but I wasn’t going to let that happen. But When my father got to the new facility, they literally had to leave his belongings outside for them to air out because there were so many roaches within his belongings. Another sad part about this is the fact that all of his belongings were not sent with him. One belonging in particular was a necklace that was handed down from my grandma my dad‘s mom to my dad & was supposed to be given to me , it was a silver pendant of a saint on a silver chain . This necklace had no money value, but it had such meaningful value emotional value, my dad never took that necklace off ever every photo I have of my father even a week before him being transferred from Hope Stay to his new facility. He had that necklace on , that necklace meant the world to my dad, and it meant the world to me and I will never see it again, and I do hold Hope Stay responsible .

I am forever grateful to the staff at Hope Stay Memory Care for the compassionate care my mom received the last four months of her dementia journey. They treated her like family. Her face would light up when they interacted with her. They were also very supportive of me and what I was going through.

Beautiful facility.. Chu and Chia made us feel welcome on our fathers first day there and like they say they will treat your family like their own and that is what they did could not be more thankful for them during our fathers final days... Nurse Linda and staff were kind and compassionate he was well taken care of and never had to worry. We will forever be grateful for the care he got during his final days.
