The Plaza at Punchbowl

I have lived here for 10 years. It is a very pleasant and inviting assisted/independent/memory care facility. The staff are very friendly and helpful. As an independent resident I have been very involved with activities and interactions with many residents. I have so many friends here, resident and staff alike. Paul Gustafson (manager), as well as all staff, is a get things done person who interacts very well with residents and families to make sure all is well. 10+plus years and so many beautiful memories. Check it out if you or your family are in need of extra care.

The Plaza at Punchbowl is a fantastic independent and assisted living facility. Brad, Cheri, Sasha and the rest of The Plaza team provided us with excellent customer service and made the transition for my family member into their facility an easy and stress less experience. Their level of customer service and assistance they provided with both furnishings and medical assistance took a stressful situation and made it extremely user friendly.

I sat in on a tour at the punchbowl location for the plaza this week with my family. I've toured plenty of communities recently, but this one was hands down the most welcoming I've been to. They didn't have the best first impression, the concierge did not seem to want to be there and you felt it. We like that they had a coffee bar while we waited. We were then greeted by their sales manager who was incredibly professional. Brad was the most personable person and he honestly listened to us. Our parents aren't looking to do anything fast and he is the first sales person to not just rush us out. He let my father speak, answered everything fully and did not try to hide anything. Brad introduced us to some of the residents and they all were so welcoming. I didn't like they had such early dinner start times and some things could look better but seeing someone like Brad is taking care of people makes up for it. This is for sure the place we would choose our parents to go to when the time comes but if they could fix those few things it would be great.

My stay at The Plaza at Punchbowl was perfect. Brad was welcoming and answered all of my questions and made sure I had what I needed to recover from my surgery. The staff was very friendly and honestly enjoyed helping their residents. The food is very good and my room was sparkling clean and so quiet, great for sleeping and napping. A truly healing environment.

The staff there is so warm and welcoming, you can feel it’s their nature to be that way. Brad was our contact there and he walked us through every step of the process, he made us feel comfortable and at ease during this tough time. The staff was our primary reason for choosing the Plaza Punchbowl. We trust them with our beloved great grandmother, grandma, mother..Thank You Plaza Punchbowl.
