The positive changes are palpable, thanks to the new directors who have come together to form an incredible team. ​A huge credit for this turnaround goes to Raquel, the Executive Director. She is extremely welcoming, and her leadership has been the clear driving force in building such a strong and effective team. You can feel the positive energy she has brought to the community. ​Rebecca in the sales department is an absolute gem. She is deeply compassionate with the residents and a genuine joy to work with. Additionally, Sawarj has been a fantastic recent addition. Her communication is excellent, and she collaborates seamlessly with other providers, which makes a huge difference. ​I can't say enough about the positive new direction at Windermere Estates. It's exciting to see the community flourish under this new leadership, and I look forward to seeing even more wonderful changes to come!

My husband and I placed my mother-in-law in Windermere Estates senior living, Fallbrook location, approximately 9 months ago. We visit her 2 to 3 times a week and have had plenty of time to evaluate the staff and the facility. We both agree the staff go above and beyond taking care of my mother-in-law. Without fail, every single member of the Windermere staff has been phenomenal, keeping her room clean, doing her laundry, keeping her busy with morning exercises and activities throughout the day. The dining room is very nice with a diverse menu and good healthy food. In summary, we would not hesitate to refer anyone to this facility. After each visit, we leave knowing she will be well taken care of, especially knowing the staff is well trained in dealing with individuals with Alzheimer's and dementia which my mother-in-law has had for several years.

From the moment I stepped into the beautifully designed facility, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff, who exuded genuine care and enthusiasm. The atmosphere is vibrant, clean, and inviting, with bright, spacious apartments that feel like home. The care team at Windermere Estates is outstanding, offering personalized care tailored to each resident’s unique needs. Their dining experience is a standout, with delicious, restaurant-quality meals that cater to various dietary needs, served in a social setting that fosters connection and joy. Residents raved about the delicious flavors during my visit. What truly sets Windermere apart is its lively community spirit. The activities program, led by the incredible Activities Director, Holly, is packed with engaging options like exercise classes, bingo, art workshops, and even outings to local Houston attractions. The Elevate Program, with its focus on lifelong learning and resident-driven activities, creates meaningful experiences that keep residents active and connected. I am excited to come to some of their upcoming events, as I have heard how fun and well-organized they are. The staff’s dedication is evident in every detail, from the spotless facility to the compassionate care they provide.Every team member I passed took time to welcome us with the utmost kindness and general interest in us. I can’t imagine moving my family anywhere else!

Mom has been here a week and we are so pleased with this assisted living home. The onboarding has been exceptional. They are very intentional with their care. And they have been very deliberate in ensuring Mom is engaged in the many activities at the facilities. We could not be happier with this facility.

I was able to take a tour of the Windermere Estates and I was so impressed at how warm and welcoming the facility is. From the front desk welcome I received to evaluating the updated rooms I was impressed. The Executive Director, Raquel was warm and welcoming and it felt like being somewhere people really care. Very impressed.
