Hudson Grande

I have been impressed from the beginning of my interactions with Hudson Grande staff— especially Amy and Kelce, who without fail exhibited excellent listening skills remembering and linking to previous conversations and providing thoughtful input and reflections. Over a series of conversations it became clear to me the end goal at Hudson Grande was less to get a new resident but rather to make sure my husband in this case was placed in an environment that worked for him. The balance of heart and business was remarkable. While both are important staff at Hudson Grande know that heart will trump business when the two are at odds. Many thanks for all you have done.

We looked at a number of Memory Care options in the Greater Cleveland area. Hudson Grande was the clear choice. Of course, you never really know until some time has passed. Time has passed and I still feel the choice was an excellent one. The facilities are fantastic. The staff is very involved and seem to genuinely care about the residents. I often joke with Mom that she lives on a Cruise Ship. While nobody really wants to need a long term care facility, Hudson Grande makes a difficult situation as pleasant as it could be.

Six months ago, we walked in and met with Anne and toured with Katie and Deborah; we knew Hudson Grande would be the perfect fit for my mother at that moment. Cheryl and Cindi assured us that moms new home would provide her dignity and respect, and everyone there works to be very inclusive. I'm a regular there, visiting mom often, and I must applaud all her nurses and caretakers who treat her as one of their family members. From therapy, activities, grooming, dining, and general housekeeping, mom, stays active and engaged. I have peace of mind knowing that mom has extra advocates who question, communicate and act about her ongoing care and needs. Thank you to the entire team in memory care for your continued support and expertise. I would highly recommend Hudson Grande!

Hudson Grande was recommended to us by a trusted neighbor for placing our loved one with memory care needs. The staff is outstanding with respect to care and consideration, physical and occupational therapy are available on site, there is always plentiful food available, and many fun, inclusive activities are optional. We are very thankful that we are part of the Hudson Grande family and look forward to our visits. It has given us piece of mind and assurance that our loved one is being care for in an excellent and respectful manner.

Mom has been at Hudson Grande for 9 months in memory care. The staff are so well trained and so compassionate. They have taken wonderful care and watched over Mom. We could never of given her this care at home. She has been very safe here. I would like to thank all of the staff for everything they have done to make Moms last months comfortable, safe and fun.
