Ashley Manor - Lincoln

Went to see my grandma a couple weeks ago and the staff was very rude, no one greeted me, no one asked me to sign in or even checked who I was, the admin was in the office and didn’t say anything and the floor staff just glared at me from the kitchen the entire time like I was ruining their day and making their job harder by visiting. My grandma also complained that one of the staff named Page is very rude and mean to her. Considering having her moved to another more friendly and professional facility.

Having to make the decision as a family to put our mom in assisted living was extremely difficult. After visiting Ashley Manor, Jerome, and visiting with staff, our concerns and worries were put at ease. The minute you step through the front door, it felt very inviting and homey. It was very clean and cheery. As an added bonus, our mom has been able to have her small dog there with her which was a huge comfort to her. Savannah, the administrator, is wonderful in keeping us informed of any changes with mom and how she is doing. The staff are the best! You immediately sense that they love their jobs and the residents who live there. Savannah and her staff have made a difficult decision much easier and we are grateful for their dedication, support, and loving care that they give our mom and the other residents who live there.

We are forever grateful for the exceptional care our mom receives at Ashley Manor. The team's extra mile efforts have not only met but exceeded our expectations, providing us with peace of mind during a challenging time. We placed my 92 year old grandma here in May of 2023. My grandmother immediately took to the home like atmosphere. She has enjoyed the staff and has felt like part of their family. The staff has gone above and beyond for our family as well. They keep us updated on care and appointments and are always available to answer questions or help out. They help us make Informed decisions and always have grandma's best interests in mind. I would place any family member here, with great confidence that they will be absolutely loved and cared for.

We want to give our greatest gratitude to the Ashley Manor in Jerome, ID for taking such excellent care of our beloved mother. The decision of placing our mother in a home was extremely difficult and burdensome emotionally. We came across Ashley Manor and they completely alleviated all our fears. The family atmosphere, not only in the layout of the manor but in the feeling of the home, was more than we could have ever expected. The individual care given to each resident radiated throughout the facility. Mel Patterson, Ashley Manor’s Administrator, was knowledgeable and empathetic of our situation. Her compassion trickled down to her staff and they gave the same care to our mother that I believe they’d give to members of their own families. They’re unbelievably charismatic with their residents, and truly love what they do, each and every day. Toward the end, we frequently had members of our family not only visiting the manor but staying the night there as well. Ashley Manor’s staff could not have been more generous, welcomed us as one of their own, and really made us feel at home when we needed it the most. Ashley Manor Jerome, the staff, and the current residents will always hold a special place in our family’s hearts. Words can’t express the cherished memories and friendships we’ve made, and the thankfulness for everything they were able to do while we shared this difficult time.
