Edgewood is an amazing facility with good management and amazing care givers. The care givers truly love all of the residents and put effort to always have a smile. Everyone is so loving including the residents. Every time I come in the residents are watching a movie and participating in a fun activity. Including beanbag basketball and flicken chicken! The environment is amazing, staff and family members are always appreciative. Edgewood has an amazing home environment, where residents feel safe and happy. I truly love Kalispell Edgewood!

My uncle is a resident, and since the new director and new staff in the past few months, the care has been top notch. Not only are the activities better, but food is so good. Fresh and home cooked. Smells so good when I stopped by and they were making homemade cinnamon rolls. Highly recommend this place/home for your loved one ♥️

New management only cares about private pay and then still don't concern themselves with the residents, Supplies are laughable. Who needs wipes made for adults generic baby wipes from Walmart will work. Dripping infections oh well. Residents assaulting other residents and staff oh well. Not the right size briefs and diapers oh well. There families should know what they need. What's for dinner hot dogs, cauliflower soup and grapes or whatever can be thrown together. No set diet Leave the kitchen a mess graveyard can clean it leaving dirty stuff laying around 4+hrs no biggy Residents crawling over counters to get into the kitchen no biggy. Residents even more confused after being changed rooms because there not private pay so even though we have plenty of rooms let's put them in with someone we know can be violent and confuse them even more they don't pay enough. Staff sick oh well show up can't pull a double because of personal reasons well do it or get fired. There's to much more to write it all. Let's just say several staff have already quit due to new mgmt..

This is a small facility with a homelike atmosphere and excellent, caring staff. My husband's mother spent her last months here. They do everything possible to make memory impared folks comfortable, safe and engaged.
