We found this agency’s upper management to lack genuine concern and care for clients. While some “hands on” staff appeared to be well trained, many were not and management was reluctant to the point of taking no action to assist staff with additional training. It appeared to us management was more concerned with keeping staff happy and employed, rather than offend or require further training. Client need was certainly not a priority. We would not recommend this agency.

where do i start i was one of there clients here at cdd (center for developmentally disabled) it was horrible they treated me and there clients like we were nothing things may seem fine on the surface but these clients are scared to speak up i was the only one to speak out about there inappropriate behavior if you can call it that i mean the staff may seem happy and nice but once you see there true colors it truly is not a nice place they would call the cops and make things up about the client (defamation of false character) and get him or her in trouble if the client spoke up. the trouble really begins cdd called the cops and did false defamation of character on me three times and i was sent to the hospital three times because i spoke out about how i was being treated by the cdd staff it was found out three times i was fine after examination through the third time they went all out it took a long time but they found out i was fine. these staff also wrote a false report on me and one of the staff flicked me in the face and teasingly laughed about it i would call the staff bullies but they are beyond that they are evil

I'm not sure, I pick up my dad from work here and the security officer is friendly.
