Atria Cinco Ranch

We toured seven local senior living facilities before settling on Atria Cinco Ranch. Lovely facility, friendly staff from directors down to wait personnel. They all absolutely make everyone feel welcome. My 90 year old father has been here a few months and loves it. Of course we were concerned about the transition after he lived independently in a home for the last 11 years. The team at Atria helped him settle in and the Ambassador program was helpful. Shout out to Jennifer who helped us convince my father to take the plunge! Every visit he tells us that he loves this place. There are countless activities for the residents and the facility is well maintained. I guarantee you can confidently place your seniors there and know they are taken care of.

My wife and I recently toured Atria Cinco Ranch with my parents, and we were thoroughly impressed. The Community Sales Directors, Jennifer LaBita and Mindy Boysaw, were incredibly friendly and personable — they truly made us feel like we were the most important people there. We even had the pleasure of enjoying lunch in their dining room, and it was absolutely delicious. The entire community is very clean, beautifully maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. Although my parents ultimately chose a different facility nearby, our experience at Atria was exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone exploring independent living options.

I can’t say enough good things about Atria Cinco Ranch. The staff is warm, attentive, and truly cares about the residents. The community is clean, beautifully maintained, and full of activities that keep everyone engaged. It brings so much peace of mind knowing our loved one is in such a safe and welcoming environment. I don’t recommend this facility for your loved ones. A lot of unprofessional things happen here, especially after business hours. The care and attention residents receive is lacking, and the staff is often overwhelmed or unsupported. Atria at Cinco Ranch seems more focused on filling rooms and hitting numbers than actually providing quality care. They will accept residents at the highest care level (level 6) just to secure the payment—regardless of whether the staff can handle it. Families are charged for everything, even meals, and it’s clear that profit is the main priority here. They act like they care, but it’s all about appearances and trying to be seen as “number one.” There are better, more compassionate options out there. Pictures and more proof will be posted soon.
