Ashley Manor - Buttercup Trail

The facility is very clean! It is set up like a home like environment where the staff treat their residents and the residents families like family of their own. The administrator Christina Stelling is absolutely amazing and takes care of her resident's and keeping their families informed.

My 92 year old grandma was moved to this facility from Jerome. The care staff has been amazing in her transition and it has been nice that some of her favorite staff members can still work with her and take care if her daily. This has helped put her mind at ease. The atmosphere is very cozy and home like, feeling warm and inviting. The staff is very caring and patient with all the residents. The teamwork that all the staff give in Jerome and Kimberly facility is the best I have seen. Everyone works well together and gets the job done. I would be lost without Christine and Savanah. They have helped my grandmother and my family in so many ways. Nothing but good stuff for Ashley Manor.

As a field clinician, I see this assisted living facility sets the standard for excellence. Their proactive approach to addressing the needs of residents with dementia is commendable. From personalized care plans to regular family updates, they prioritize transparency and communication. We needed to find an assisted living facility for my 84 year old mom a couple months ago. Unfortunately her cognitive level had declined dramatically in a short amount of time. She had also became very weak. I had no past experience or knowledge dealing with a living facility. I called Ashley Manor Memory Care and from the very first phone call and conversation I knew I had found the place we wanted to take mom. Della explained everything and walked me through the whole process and was so helpful. We quickly scheduled a tour of their Kimberly facility and my brother and I went and we met Savanah and Christina also that day. Everyone was so kind and informative and I could tell they really care about their residents. Two days later we had mom moved in! They are very accommodating and truly went out of their way to make it an easy transition not just for our mom but for my brother and I as well. The first month she was there my mom had a handful of other health issues that needed to be addressed and Christina and Savanah completely took care of everything for us and it was so comforting knowing she was in such good care. She is getting settled in and I believe getting stronger and healthier thanks to the great care from all the staff. Christina keeps in great contact with me as I live 6 hours away. She keeps me very informed of my mom’s condition and I know I can contact her or Savanah at anytime if I need to. It is a blessing and a relief to know that my mom is in such a great place with such great people who really truly care about her. Thank you to everyone at Ashley Manor Memory Care in Kimberly!! My dad, William Eversole "Doc" has been at Ashley Manor Buttercup for several years now and I can't say enough good things about the facility and the staff there. The place is always clean, residents are well cared for and the staff treats everyone like family. Bree keeps my family undated on dad's condition which is much appreciate since my sister and I live two thousand miles away. We cannot thank you all enough for the care you provide for our father.
